Voici les quatre cyclistes qui vont faire le voyage de Norwich à Rouen du 31 mai au 3 juin.
Glyn Manton
I teach Economics and Business. I am also a Head of Year, and a senior examiner for my subjects. Out of school, besides renovating an old house, I am a triathlete. I have cycled over 175km in one day a few times. My main sport is trail running, completing over 20 marathons and ultra marathons up to 125km.
Craig Hooper
History teacher, former Head of 6th Form and Housemaster: currently Head of University Admissions. Cycling has been a relatively recent discovery, inspired by 2012 Olympics: (I cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats in 2015). I am looking forward to more cycling in France during imminent retirement!
Richard Peters
Mathematics teacher. Head of 6th Form. Cycled from Land’s End to John O’Groats in 2015.
Richard Sims
Former professional cricketer. Head of House. I am cycling from Wales in the west of the UK to Lowestoft in the east of the UK later this year.
Ces quatre professeurs de Norwich school seront accompagnés de Humphrey Bedford Payne qui a organisé le voyage.
I have been teaching French at Norwich School for over 40 years. I have run sixth form exchanges with lycées in Wissembourg, Strasbourg and now Perpignan. I have recently established both an Amnesty Group and a Refugee Support Group at the school.
