The song award went to Dave for « Black », from his Number 1 album Psychodrama, which won the Mercury Prize and Brit Awards best album. « Black » came out of Dave’s frustration of hearing about a single black experience, ignoring all the different lives lived by black people in the UK and further afield:
« Look, black is beautiful, black is excellent
Black is pain, black is joy, black is evident »

The awards were created in 2019 by the Visionary Arts Foundation, which helps 16-29-year-olds get a foothold in the creative industries in the UK, encouraging them in their ambition to influence positive social change through film, music, literature, theatre and digital media.

National Theatre at Home will be airing its recording of Mark Gatiss in ‘The Madness of George III’, staged in Nottingham Playhouse in 2018. This performance of the Alan Bennett play was later adapted fora film. It sees Gatiss depict King George III’s unravelling mental state in the latter half of his reign.

La réponse est « Yes, of course ! » J’en veux pour preuve cet extrait d’un show de Bill Bailey, comédien britannique très connu au Royaume Uni, souvent invité dans les panel shows comme Never mind the Buzzcocks, Q.I, Have I got news for you, acteur dans la série Black Books, comédie désopilante du début des années 2000.
Il est aussi maître du stand-up musical. L’extrait commence sur des sirènes d’ambulance et se termine sur un version reggae dub du générique de Downton Abbey !
